It was the 11th of september, which was our first day of work in Oscar's Hostel, we went in the office at 9:00 a.m.

There was Samia, our manager. She is a very enterprising woman. First she showed us the hostel and after that she explained to us all the organisation.

Our typical working day is organised like this:

at 9:00 a.m. we arrive in the hostel, and we have to open the office; until 10:00 a.m. we have to control the new reservations and we have to organize the day, we have to check the rooms that need to be cleaned, and then until 11:00 a.m. we have to do the check-out of our guests. From 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. we have our lunch break, at the end we have to do the check-in for the new costumers, in which we have to take the cash or use the pos (for the client who want to pay by card), so we have to make the recive and we have to report the payment.

At 4:00 p.m. we finish our work day and we back home, but first we have a caramel square cake with Davide Lodi.
